By accessing or using Smart Spaces AI ("the Platform"), operated by Smart Spaces AI LLC, a Montana limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.
Our platform uses artificial intelligence to provide listing generation, pricing recommendations, and property matching. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs are estimates based on available data and should not be treated as guaranteed outcomes. Hosts are responsible for verifying final pricing, listing content, and any decisions made based on AI suggestions.
When you create an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Failure to provide accurate information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate termination of your account.
Hosts are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, setting availability, honoring bookings, and maintaining the safety and legality of their properties. Smart Spaces AI LLC acts as a technology platform and is not a party to the rental agreement between host and guest. Hosts must comply with all applicable local laws, including short-term rental regulations.
Guests are responsible for treating properties with care and adhering to house rules set by the host. Any damages caused during a stay may be the financial responsibility of the guest. Guests must be at least 18 years of age to book.
The Platform charges a 10% service fee on bookings. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Smart Spaces AI LLC is not responsible for payment disputes between hosts and guests arising from circumstances outside the platform.
The Platform may display sample "Demo" listings for illustrative purposes only. These listings are not real properties and are not available for booking. Demo listings are clearly labeled and exist solely to demonstrate platform features.
Smart Spaces AI LLC may terminate or suspend access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Spaces AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Montana. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Silver Bow County, Montana.
